Corporate History

Ray Kincade spent over 22 years in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Special Agent. He participated in numerous operations directed against the former Soviet Union and East Bloc communist countries. The intelligence services of these countries made every effort to infiltrate the military and to collect information concerning our most sensitive operations.

Ray's experience also included conducting background investigations on applicants who would require access to highly classified information. He was required to be innovative in his investigative approach. In addition to his investigative expertise, he became quite adept to the employment of foot, vehicular and photographic surveillance in support of other specialized operations. Ray's expertise was highly regarded. He was frequently called upon to work closely with senior officials of the FBI, CIA and members of western intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

Since leaving the military, Ray has lived in Oklahoma where he's spent the past 34 years working as a highly regarded multi line insurance claims adjuster and private investigator. In 1996, Ray formed Double Eagle Claims & Investigations, Inc. His goal has been to meld his investigative and adjusting backgrounds into a unified service prepared to satisfy the needs and requirements of the business community.
